Microzest (not to be confused with microplane) is a zester/grater kitchen tool. Great to have in your your cooking supplies for zesting lemon or grating I have tried many lemon zesters such as oxo kitchen utensils and microplane lemon zester just to find out that Microzest is the best lemon zest tool in the market today
